I've restarted and ran test once more and when i dd (nomen omen)
scsi_debug.c ;) into dev/null i have that oops again with everything
identical except ebx ecx esi and few values in stack 

Hmm my mailer died (netscape 6) whet reply was being send and probably
attachment didn't make it.If you lack something notify me.
