This is strange.
The only way I know that you'd be getting ENOSYS (Function not implemented)
for ACLs is if CONFIG_FS_POSIX_ACL is not set.
(See linux/fs/noposix_acl.c (used in linux/fs/Makefile))
Are you sure you have the right kernel running ?
