For initial testing it is easier to use the next 3 free entries.  We
added the padding to avoid having to renumber each time Linus used
another syscall number.  I wish Linus would take the patch for
assigning dynamic syscall numbers, alas he has ignored the last 5 times
I sent the patch :(
