 I went through configure.in and changed multiple references to -lacl to -lacl
-lattr, -lacl was in about 3 places from memory.

 The compile of samba 2.2.3a then failed on the quota code - some ones messed
with the quota interface as well. :-)
 I made some minor changes and that seems to work as well no. I assume when
people stop changing things, that will settle as well :-)
