Are this packages , located at: http://iserv.nl/files/xfs/2.4.20-20/
up-to-date and stable?

There icky, I'm removing them.

Since those for RH7.3 on http://atrpms.physik.fu-berlin.de/name/kernel/,
are marked as bleeding...

Those do better. Use them instead.
