           Summary: Compilation failure in sendfile.c
           Product: Linux XFS
           Version: Current
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: High
         Component: xfsprogs
        AssignedTo: xfs-master@xxxxxxxxxxx
        ReportedBy: Nicolas.Kowalski@xxxxxxx

I updated my copy of xfs-cmds today from cvsup. The computer runs Debian
GNU/Linux 3.0.

When trying to compile xfsprogs, it fails with the following error messages:

gcc -O1 -g -DNDEBUG -funsigned-char -Wall -I../include -DVERSION=\"2.6.20\"
-DLOCALEDIR=\"/usr/share/locale\" -DPACKAGE=\"xfsprogs\" -D_GNU_SOURCE
-D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -DHAVE_FADVISE -DHAVE_SENDFILE -DHAVE_INJECT
-DHAVE_RESBLKS -DHAVE_SHUTDOWN -DENABLE_READLINE -c -o sendfile.o sendfile.c
In file included from sendfile.c:34:
/usr/include/sys/sendfile.h:26: #error "<sys/sendfile.h> cannot be used with
_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64"
make[2]: *** [sendfile.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** [default] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/xfs-cmds/xfsprogs'
make: *** [built] Error 2
