Hi All

I get the following error on a crashed system.  The filesystem produces many
no .. entry errors for directory XXXX errors.

The system is running redhat enterprise 3.  The kernel is
2.4.21-27.0.2.EL.XFSsmp taken from scientific linux.  Xfsprogs is

The filesystem is on a raid 5 box connected via iscsi.

Phase 5 - rebuild AG headers and trees...
        - reset superblock...
Phase 6 - check inode connectivity...
        - resetting contents of realtime bitmap and summary inodes
        - ensuring existence of lost+found directory
        - traversing filesystem starting at / ...
         - traversal finished ...
        - traversing all unattached subtrees ...
rebuilding directory inode 4162080125
xfs_repair: phase6.c:2604: longform_dir2_rebuild_finish: Assertion `error ==
Abort (core dumped)

Can anybody suggest how to to get around this problem?
