The 2.4.x-xfs tree contains kdb common code plus the arch dependent kdb
code for i386 only.  For historical reasons it also contained dummy
files for other architectures, including ia64.  This is now causing
problems for ia64, remove all the dummy kdb files, leaving just i386.

To get XFS+KDB on another architecture, use this tree and apply the kdb
patch for that architecture.  The common kdb code is already in the XFS
tree, current version is kdb-v2.0-2.4.17-common-2.  The XFS tree should
compile on architectures without kdb support.
