He states their DS4700 system(s) (a single DS4700 is limited to 112 drives) have 384x300GB drives. That setup would cost at least $250k USD at IBM list price, probably more given the number of drives. Money isn't the issue here. Lack of planning and procedure seems to be the issue. -- Stan
