- Ok I've been promising something for a few days now. And the verdict! We'll it still isn't quite ready. The latest 2.4.0 version of the kernel has problems with python but then doesn't everybody :-)

- Also note that the way to get to the XFS format option is to do a "custom" install - if you let the installer do everything for you, you may never see the XFS option. Choose "custom" and the XFS form

- I didnt record more unfortunatly. Yes. I tried to make /boot ext2 and not xfs. When I later tried both as XFS it worked, the system is now installed and running!. I did't have the Redhat CDs at work,

- The boot floppy its self should be ok... the problem is with the netstg1/2.img mkfs.xfs isn't showing up for some reason. I think is has something to do with a lack of space. -- Russell Cattelan -- D
