I'm no expert, but I have been able to turn enforcement on and off without any problems. I can't remember when it happened, but there were some changes to the quota system that made it impossible to

As suggested, it sounds like you should use Q_XQUOTAON and change state from ENFD (quota enforced) to ACCT (accounting only). Using Q_XQUOTAOFF results in the complete quota state for the filesystem

Enabling quota during remount has never been implemented in XFS. *nod* Your *noenforce options will be ignored because you have also given the enforce options (quota,grpquota). I think what you inte
