- Good day, all, My _sincere_ apologies if this a known issue; I haven't followed xfs development. In compiling a 2.5.64-bk3 uml kernel, I found this error when xfs was compiled in: xfs: gcc -Wp,-MD,fs

- The problem is in gcc, not in the kernel. Red Hat ships with a broken, unofficial beta gcc. Please replace that gcc with gcc 3.2.2 (and while you're at it, replace Red Hat with a competent distribut
