- I would like to know if there is any way to disable ACLs completely on an xfs filesystem. I couldn't find any mount options that permits to accomplish this and, as far as I know, xfs support for ACL

- You can switch them off when you compile your kernel, but there isn't a mount option. You can also just not set any ACLs on files (setfacl/chacl) and they wont be used either, of course. cheers. -- N
