- I can't understand where xfs quota is stored. After remounting partition all quotas disappeared. What does mount tell? and have you mounted it with the right qouta flags? Had you modified /etc/fstab

- i am a bit confused about quota on XFS ... all started by getting messages like user enforcement is already disabled etc. from the quotaoff -a in the normal redhat shutdown scripts - this brought me

- little update after more testing: the usrquota in fstab for non root fs seems to work (but still with message and thus bad exit code from quotaon on bootup) but rootfs is still /dev/ide/host0/bus0/ta

- hi Thomas, sounds like a logic error in quotaoff - I'll have a look, thanks. this is probably the one situation I haven't got round to trying out yet ;) - quota on root are a special case in XFS, so
